1. To raise the teachers needed by our country in line with the aims and principles of the Higher Education Law No. 2547

2. To graduate teachers who will help the children (12-15 year- old) at the second stage of the primary education to gain the ability to use Turkish correctly by making them understand what they read and be able to express themselves both written and orally

5. To educate teachers who have adopted teaching profession and who have proficiency in Turkish teaching proficiency

6. To educate teachers who are connected to the nation with heart, who aim to protect and live their national values, especially protect and watch Turkish language in the direction of Ataturk's Principles and Revolutions

7. To educate teachers who knows the values of the age that you are in, the concept, qualified, moral, dedicated, idealistic

8. To gain a scientific perspective on field and vocational knowledge

10. To raise individuals with a high level of communication skills, socially developed, creative thinking
